hello all, just found out about this site while in my quest for online mechwarrior style games, I cant stand those Mech type games where the robots are super fast and swing around giant swords (coughgundamcough), I pefer the walking tank kind of mechs. I sold both Mechassualt and Mechassault 2 a while back, and need to buy them again, all I have is Mechwarrior 4: mercenaries, which I play constantly. As you can tell by my name, I like the Ryoken. My favorite mech of all time, even in the stock weapon configuration.

I wish I could of joined, but I dont have MA1 or MA2, but I'm going to buy them again real soon for $20 for both of them. Or even sooner, I may 'borrow' them from a friend, and might just never give them back, untill he asks for them..

We're glad you joined us.  A lot of us are really interested in trying MechWarrior 4 in preparation for the new MechWarrior™.  Perhaps you would be interested in lending us a hand with that?

Welcome aboard!

Stormcrow (Ryoken) is an awesome 'mech for its weight, one of the few builds that hits that sweet spot between armor, firepower, and heat...the closest thing to it in the MA games is Vulture [lasers and LRMs] or Mad Dog [Autocannons and SRMs].
