I enjoy mech1, but I don't have a regular xbox so mech2 is my only option. I have to say though, when it comes to the best title, I think MA2 gets the win. That's just my opinion though, I have always favored a game that is more team based. so...

I think a lot more people would play MA1 if they didn't have to dig out the old box every time they wanted to play....

Well I know I would play it on occasion if I still had an old box, but i still think i would play more MA2, and I still think MA2 would have more players on it than MA1 would. Even when MA2 was out I would still go back and play a game of MA1 every week or so. MA1 is a classic, but I think MA2 is just a little more team based and people enjoyed it more for that reason. Also I believe that a lot of the MA1 guys didn't like MA2 for the same reason I don't like GOW2. When they change certain aspects of a game it can ruin the game for some players. Ok I am done now. I am not trying to start another MA1 vs MA2 debate. lmao

I don't think it should be that big of an inconvenience for the people that enjoyed playing MA1.  If they really want to play, they'll set it up.  We're doing what we can here to gather folks to play, but the gamers have to do their part and start playing.

I mean, if it was a ton of fun for a lot of players, hooking up the old Xbox shouldn't be that huge of a problem, right?

Hey Babybuddha. last summer we were pretty successful in getting a good group of players together for some decent ol' fashion MechAssault® fun every few weeks.  In fact, when I was hosting rooms on these nights, I was sure to include some CTF games to mix things up and cater to the players different tastes.  I plan on getting these started to again, and if you're still around I hope to see you there.
